Key Responsibilities:
* Provide friendly, effective support across multiple communication channels
* Assist with account creation, password recovery, billing inquiries, and identity verification
* Troubleshoot technical issues accurately and keep users informed throughout the process
* Deliver a consistent, respectful, and customer-focused experience in every interaction
* Log and document cases correctly while following internal procedures and guidelines
* Work closely with internal teams to improve processes and raise support quality
* Share insights and suggestions to enhance customer experience and service delivery
Requirements:
* Language Skills: Fluent in Dutch (C1/C2 level) and English (B2 level)
* Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card
* Skills: Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities
* Mindset: Professional, detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn and grow in the Travel field
