Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join a long-term international project!
Responsibilities:
* Manage user and e-banking accounts, access rights, and roles in line with internal policies, for IAM-related incidents.
What Are We Looking For?
* Fluent in English and French (B2+ minimum in both).
* Experience with Active Directory and Microsoft Office.
* Understanding of user account management, access rights, and role provisioning.
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
* Availability for on-call/weekend support when needed.
* Availability for shifts.
* Knowledge of Azure EntraID is a strong plus.
