DesignRush, a B2B Media Platform that drives brand discovery & growth, is seeking an experienced Email Marketing Specialist to lead and execute high-impact email campaigns across newsletters, automation workflows, and lead nurturing funnels.
The candidate must be a proactive and independent thinker who can take ownership of the tasks at hand and ensure timely and high-quality output through collaboration with other team members.
We're looking for an Email Marketing Specialist whose main goal is to drive engagement and conversion through strategic, data-driven email marketing campaigns. You'll play a pivotal role in delivering value to our audience and generating qualified leads through targeted email workflows.
Goals:
* Create up to 20 newsletters per month with the goal of generating clicks and calls for DesignRush and its partners
* Increase DesignRush's newsletter audience, open and click-through rates by 10% month-over-month consistently
* Deliver an improved operational newsletter infrastructure within 60 days: segmented audience lists, connected tracking forms, clean bounce data, and active re-engagement flows.

DesignRush is seeking to make IMMEDIATE hires.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Manage end-to-end newsletter production in Klaviyo across sponsored and editorial series
* Build email lifecycle automations: onboarding, dormant reactivation, post-action follow-ups
* Audit and fix existing infrastructure: form connections, bounce classification, unsubscribe model, list hygiene
* Segment and grow agency and brand audience lists
* Create newsletter copy daily with the design & marketing departments
* Ensure GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and regulatory compliance
REQUIREMENTS:
* 5+ years in email marketing, preferably in B2B or agency/marketplace environments
* Proven success building email revenue funnels, ideally with upsell/retention mechanics
* Experience with newsletter tools, ClickUp, Figma, and Excel
* Fluent written/spoken English with strong copy instincts
* Comfortable in HTML and spam-testing email tools
* Available between 6:00 a.M. and 3:00 p.M. ET
* Knowledge of AI tools and workflow (Claude, ChatGPT)
