/pp We#39;re supporting a contractor delivering complex, high-value construction projects who are looking to strengthen their digital construction capability with a 4D Modeller.
/pp This role sits between planning, BIM, and project delivery — focused on using 4D to actively improve how projects are sequenced, coordinated, and delivered on site.
/pp What you#39;ll be doing: /pulli Building and maintaining 4D models linking programme (P6 / MS Project) with BIM models /lili Developing construction sequencing strategies, including logistics and temporary works /lili Using 4D simulations to identify clashes, risks, and programme conflicts before site impact /lili Working closely with planners, engineers, and BIM teams to reflect live design changes /lili Producing 4D outputs for client presentations and project reporting /lili Supporting digital rehearsals and visual planning workshops /li /ulp What they#39;re looking for: /pulli Experience with Synchro 4D (preferred) or Navisworks /lili Understanding of construction sequencing and project delivery /lili Background in planning, BIM, or digital construction /lili Experience working with tools such as Revit, AutoCAD, or similar /li /ulp Why this role: /pp This isn#39;t a "visualisation-only" position — the 4D function is used to support real planning decisions on complex builds.
