Noesis is looking for candidates with the following profile:
Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
* Manage and analyze incidents to ensure compliance with the Service Level and obtain a permanent fix, guaranteeing proper analysis of the cause of the incident;
* Participating in the configuration of appropriate support models and knowledge transfer for implemented systems and processes;
Requirements:
* Degree in Computer Science or similar;
* Previous experience working with specialized support teams;
* Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in more than one of the following technologies or platforms:
* .NET/C#
* MongoDB;
* SQL;
* SalesForce Commerce Cloud;
* PHP
* Cloud environments (Azure and/or AWS);
* Kubernetes;
* Problem-solving attitude;
* High levels of curiosity, multitasking, proactivity and self-motivation;
