Incident Management Opportunity
This is a unique chance for an experienced Incident Manager to join our team and play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our projects.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Assist in the management of IT incidents to minimize disruption to services and restore normal operations as quickly as possible.
* Document incident reports, prioritize and categorize incidents according to severity and impact.
* Communicate with stakeholders and end-users regarding incident status and resolution.
* Coordinate with technical teams to diagnose and resolve incidents, escalating critical incidents to higher level support.
We are looking for someone who can analyze trends within incident data, uncover root causes and take action to prevent recurrence.
Other responsibilities include organizing and chairing Post Incident Reviews (PIRs) and ensuring toolsets are updated regularly.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Proven experience as an Incident Manager.
* Native/Fluent English speaking.
