Accountant Specialist (M/F/D) role at iCliGo. An Accounting Specialist at iCliGo is dynamic and rigorous, with experience in accounting and administrative processes. This profile plays a key role in guaranteeing the reliability of financial information, ensuring compliance with the company's tax and internal obligations. This person has a strong attention to detail, a sense of responsibility and organizational skills, and can monitor the different stages of the accounting cycle, from the registration of documents to the annual closing of accounts.
Responsibilities
- Classify, post and check accounting documents, ensuring compliance with the principles and standards in force;
- Issue invoice documents in a rigorous and timely manner, ensuring that commercial transactions are correctly recorded;
- Make payments to suppliers and monitoring cash movements, ensuring efficient management of financial flows;
- Carrying out periodic bank reconciliations, ensuring that accounting records and bank statements correspond;
- Manage fixed assets, including registering, controlling and updating the company's fixed assets;
- Prepare the monthly and annual accounting statements, collaborating in the preparation of the financial statements;
- Prepare and validating tax documents, complying with the company's legal and tax obligations.
What we/'re looking for
- A degree in Accounting, Management, Economics or similar;
- Certified Accountant accredited by the Order of Certified Accountants (OCC);
- Experience in similar roles;
- Knowledge of ERP - Primavera or SAP preferred;
- Experience in IFRS and/or USGAAP;
- Experience in preparing consolidated financial statements or working within a group of companies context.
- Experience in MS Office (required) with advanced Excel skills;
- Fluent in English;
