Your mission will be…
1. Drive SAP modules implementation projects, coordinate involved parties (business departments, IT, governance, master data, suppliers etc.) through whole project lifecycle (design/build/test/roll-out)
oTranslation of stakeholder needs into accurate specifications: coordinate and facilitate meetings and workshops to gather requirements, drive decision-making process and take ownership to define processes for SAP template solutions
oSupport the creation of development requests for RICEFW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Workflows)
oImplementation together with internal and external IT and business team: Drive implementation and compatibility between the newly designed S4-based system and the remaining legacy management system architecture. Support in the creation of decision requests for RICEFW (necessary developments)
oIntegration: Collaborate with teams for seamless integration of SAP all modules affected (ARM, R/3 SD, S/4, TM, GTS, EWM, Pega), applications and systems
oStrategic Planning: Develop strategic plans and roadmaps for overall ecosystem- design and migration, focusing on warehouse relevant systems
oStakeholder Engagement: Engage with stakeholders across the organization to ensure architecture meets business and operational needs. This also includes interfaces to repair, refurbishment and quality teams
oConfiguration & Customization: Support design eco-system architecture and configure/customize SAP SD, ARM, EWM, or TM
oTraining & Support: Support training sessions for users; document knowledge and implement enhancements
2. Managing agile projects in project manager role or as consultant; lead other team members, act as trusted advisors to internal customers, prepare decision proposals for senior management, draft solutions and concepts for IT departments or external providers, manage implementation of suggested solutions
3. Support recurring agile activities to ensure proper Wave Planning, Sprint Planning, recurring standup meetings and Sprint Review
We are looking for someone with…
4. Experience with SAP S/4HANA process design
5. Experience with implementation projects
6. Very good understanding of international logistics processes (especially Logistics Complaint, Return, Repair) and dependencies (e.g. warehouse, transport, customs, quality, value flow)
7. High IT affinity & experience with IT projects, understanding of SAP modules (ARM, R/3 SD, TM, GTS, EWM, S/4).
8. Experienced project manager
9. You are proactive, quality-driven, and results-oriented
10. You have strong teamwork skills and can communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
11. Above average soft skills expected - professional communication, capable of selling own ideas and convincing others, structured and analytical, capability to understand complex environment
12. Willingness to travel to customer location (max 20%)
13. Fluency in English is essential, German language knowledge is an advantage
