Manager, customer support

We work with a wide variety of enterprise customers across industries. Sometimes, your team will need you to jump in and help navigate difficult conversations or calm upset clients.

Support the Team :

While there is daily feedback as the team handles various tickets, we are looking for a manager committed to helping team members develop their skills and become more autonomous in their roles.

Build out Process and Structure :

We focus on developing processes and structures that enhance efficiency, improve support experiences, and make the team's jobs easier. Our goal is outcomes that improve team health and customer satisfaction, not just managing numbers.

Use Technology to Scale Support & Create Better Experiences :

We leverage AI and other technologies to deliver outstanding customer experiences and empower our team. This role involves building workflows with AI to support both customers and team members, maintaining a human touch.

Work Cross Functionally :

You will collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Sales / Account Management teams to address customer pain points and improve support workflows.

Requirements / Skills :

- 2+ years in a Support Management role with a background in technical support.
- Proven experience in escalating tense customer situations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Nice to Have :

Experience with AI support tools and automations.

- Nice to Have :

SaaS experience.
