Role OverviewThe Head of SEO will leadorganic growth and SERP dominationacross Odds Scanner's content-driven portfolio in sports, casino, and betting.
Reporting directly to the CEO, this role involves managing a global team of 80+ SEOs, owning growth targets, budgets, hiring, and P&L, while integrating AI-driven content systems, technical SEO excellence, and advanced link acquisition strategies.
Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic:Define and execute global SEO strategy, prioritize high-ROI keyword clusters, and establish experimentation frameworks.
Operational:Lead and mentor SEO, content, and technical teams;
build workflows;
integrate AI/LLM-assisted systems;
implement KPIs.
Technical:Oversee SEO architecture, crawling, indexing, site performance;
manage tool stack(GA4,Looker, Semrush, Ahrefs).
Content & Automation:Build AI-driven content pipelines, enforce E-A-T standards, leverage LLMs for ideation and optimization.
Link Acquisition:Design diversified link-building strategies (PR, outreach, sponsored placements, niche edits, networks), monitor ROI and compliance.
Financial & Commercial:Own P&L, forecast and budget, optimize spend, report ROI by market/channel, present results to leadership.
Candidate Requirements7+ years of SEO experience in content-led, affiliate, or multi-site businesses (iGaming preferred)
Proven success in SERP domination and large-scale organic growth
Strong expertise in technical SEO, content SEO, product-led SEO, and link acquisition
Experience leading senior managers and distributed teams
Hands-on experience with AI/LLM content workflows and SEO automation
P&L ownership or budget management experience
Advanced analytical skills and data-driven mindset
Fluent English;
Portuguese, Spanish, French, or Italian are a plus
