Mission:
For our central office in Lisbon, Sintra, we are seeking a strategic and hands-on HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support our teams.
This role is critical in driving HR initiatives aligned with business goals, fostering a high-performance culture, and supporting leaders in managing talent, organizational effectiveness, and employee engagement within the different departments.
Main Responsibilities:
* Partner with the leadership to understand business needs and provide HR guidance and support, ensuring alignment with the Group guidelines.
* Ensure that the Group HR objectives and initiatives are put in place locally.
* Drive workforce planning, talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention strategies.
* Support performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and development plans.
* Support compensation & benefits processes including salary review and local benefits management.
* Implement and monitor HR metrics to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
* Facilitate training and development programs tailored to the needs identified.
* Ensure compliance with labor laws, health & safety regulations, and internal policies.
* Act as a change agent in organizational transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Oversee and support administrative processes specific to the relevant departments, including documentation, contract management, timekeeping systems, and coordination with payroll and other internal departments.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align People initiatives with business priorities.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field (Master's preferred).
* 5+ years of HR experience;
* Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
* Proven ability to influence and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
* Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
* Experience managing Sales & Marketing teams and/or manufacturing/industrial environment (preferred).
* Experience in multinational environments (preferred) & managing multiple stakeholders (preferred).
* Native level of Portuguese & Proficient level of English. Spanish is a nice to have.
