Senior Professional Project Manager
Responsible for managing customer relationships and coordinating the delivery of data centre construction projects.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Supporting Business Unit Directors in delivering business objectives
- Engaging with customers to develop and maintain relationships
- Delivering high-quality services and ensuring they meet customer requirements
- Administering contracts as a contract administrator, employer's agent, or project manager
- Producing and presenting to customers
- Preparing bids for services
- Managing service delivery for profit
- Advising directors on project issues, especially those impacting professional indemnity insurance

About You
Who we're looking for:
Experience, Knowledge, and Key Skills
- Experience managing mission-critical construction projects (data centres, life sciences, etc.)
- Excellent knowledge of Portuguese technical requirements in the construction sector
- Experience with project management techniques
- Understanding of legislation affecting building contracts
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Methodical approach to work
- Strong problem-solving, negotiation, financial, and numeracy skills
- Proficiency in ICT and MS Office suite
- Teamwork ability
- National mobility
- Professional English; Portuguese and/or Spanish is a plus
Qualifications
- University degree in Building Engineering, Civil Engineering, or similar
