Role Summary
The main responsibility is to ensure reliable, secure, and efficient operation of the company's IT infrastructure and network management systems, applying Site Reliability Engineering principles.
Requirements
* Proven experience in IT infrastructure or system engineering roles
* Hands-on experience managing servers, networks, and core IT services
* Experience operating and supporting Network Management Systems (NMS)
* Experience working in a 24/7 operational or mission-critical environment is an advantage
Specialized Knowledge
* IT infrastructure architecture and operations
* Network Management Systems and network monitoring
* Anti-DDoS protection principles and solutions.
* DHCP and DNS server administration
* Server, storage, and virtualisation technologies
* Basic understanding of IT security and access control
Skills
* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
* High attention to detail and operational reliability
* Ability to manage multiple systems and priorities
* Structured and proactive approach to system maintenance
* Clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
* Administration of Linux and/or Windows servers
* Experience with Network Management Systems (NMS)
* Operation of Anti-DDoS solutions
* Administration of DHCP and DNS servers
* Experience with storage systems and server infrastructure
* Familiarity with monitoring, alerting, and ticketing systems
* Containers: Docker
* High Availability: HAProxy
* DevOps & Automation:
* CI/CD: Self-hosted GitLab, Jenkins
* Configuration Management: Ansible
Other Technology Skills (Optional)
* Analytical: ClickHouse
