The Planning & Controlling Department supports strategic decision-making across global operations by overseeing planning and budgeting, analyzing financial trends, and providing actionable insights to ensure profitability and sustainable growth.
Job Summary
The Finance Business Partner reports to the regional controller or Head of Corporate Planning and Controlling and collaborates closely with the VP of Operations. The role manages country management accounts and all finance-related aspects of the country business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Management Reporting: Produce monthly management reports for the Finance Director, create forecasts based on current data, generate monthly cost reports for the Operations Vice President, manage the full budget process, and present financial data to plants and senior management.
* Financial Data Analysis: Address questions related to country finance, produce business analyses, lead process improvements, ensure corporate procedures are followed, and deliver accurate monthly reports to the Board and Directors.
* Liaison with Advisors: Provide financial information to external advisors.
* Corporate Control: Oversee, review, and consolidate contracts within specific geographies; respond to inquiries from senior management and C-level executives.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience & Education
* Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
* 2-5 years of experience in controlling, auditing, or finance roles.
* Experience in manufacturing is a plus.
Technical Skills
* Strong proficiency in MS Office, especially advanced Excel skills.
* Experience with SAP is advantageous.
