Job Title: Wear Testing Project Manager
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Wear Testing Project Manager to lead our team in implementing and ramping up the Evaluation Center WEAR in Lousado. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating with worldwide WEAR locations, developing good practices, and ensuring a smooth transition.
Main Responsibilities:
* Implement and ramp up the Evaluation Center WEAR in Lousado.
* Support the project of the Evaluation Center WEAR accreditation.
* Create synergies with Local ESH, MTE, Plant Operations, and Evaluation Center Lousado (ENDURANCE).
* Coordinate with worldwide WEAR locations on the implementation of good practices.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering.
* Good English skills (spoken/written) - minimum B2.
* Good MS Suite knowledge.
* At least 4 years of experience in Tire Business.
* At least 2 years of experience in Tire Testing operations.
* Experience in leading people and project management.
* Portuguese language skills (written and spoken) is a plus.
* High service orientation.
* Expert communication and networking skills.
* Willingness to travel worldwide (up to 20%).
