Job Title: Civil Project Manager

The ideal candidate will have experience in developing civil engineering designs for renewable energy projects, including site layouts, access roads, foundations, drainage, and utility connections.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop civil engineering designs for renewable energy projects, including site layouts, access roads, foundations, drainage, and utility connections.
\
2. Collaborate with environmental consultants, electrical engineers, and other stakeholders in the early stages of project development.
\
3. Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle from pre-feasibility to commissioning.
\
4. Manage scope, budget, schedule, and resources to ensure project delivery on time and within budget.
\
5. Conduct regular risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
\
6. Supervise civil construction activities, ensuring compliance with engineering standards, health & safety regulations, and environmental requirements.
\
7. Resolve on-site issues and serve as the liaison between contractors, clients, and regulatory bodies.
\
8. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including external consultants and contractors.
\
9. Keep up to date with emerging renewable technologies and innovations in civil engineering.
\
10. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or related field;
\
11. Minimum of 5/10 years of experience in civil engineering;
\
12. Project Management Certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is an asset;
\
13. Experience working with renewable energy systems (wind, solar, hydro, battery storage);
\
14. Experience in factory implementation and construction;
\
15. A flagship project in the construction sector;
\
16. Integration into a leading multinational company.
\
