Role Mission
Ensure the effective implementation and monitoring of the Health & Safety Management System during the construction phase of a wind farm project, ensuring compliance with Portuguese legislation and project HSE standards.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily on-site activities: civil works, wind turbine installation and electrical works (MV/HV, substations)
Ensure compliance with the Health & Safety Plan (PSS)
Prepare and review risk assessments, safe work procedures and Permit to Work (PTW)
Coordinate HSE activities between contractors and subcontractors
Perform safety inspections, identify deviations and implement corrective actions
Investigate incidents and report HSE KPIs to the Project HSE Manager
