The position involves offer definition, pre‐sales support and project delivery.ResponsibilitiesDesign, modify, test, and document architecture.Design systems architecture that meets business needs, acting as a bridge between business/functional and technical teams.Review business context, define vision and requirements, recommend options, select optimal solution, and develop roadmap.Assess system architecture and recommend improvements.Understand current systems blueprint and propose transition architectures.Supervise and guide technical architects and development teams.Research current and emerging architectural patterns and propose changes when needed.Describe architecture characteristics, behavior, and other aspects to stakeholders.Assess impacts on business goals and outcomes.Ensure new system/component behaves correctly within the enterprise environment.Guarantee adoption of architecture and standards methodology.Role in Pre‐Sales and OfferAnalyze market needs and address them with technological trends.Review functional and non‐functional requirements compliance.Propose blueprint and architecture solutions.Work with technical teams to identify best solutions for each component.Present and defend proposed solutions during the bid process.Role in ProjectWork closely with customers to understand needs, constraints and define the path forward.Ensure solution complies with reference architecture and define alternative approaches.Remove roadblocks and agree on high‐level solution direction.Support teams producing high‐level and functional design documents.Be responsible for solution design and guide implementation, analysis, and QA teams.Produce solution blueprint, architecture roadmap and design documents.Review and approve functional, solution and architecture documents.Role in Business LineSupport business line goals and objectives.Participate in recruiting activities.Mentor and coach other organization members.Promote and contribute to community of interest.Share knowledge across the organization.Promote, establish, and enhance tools and best practices.Foster innovation and offer development.What We're Looking ForProven experience as a Solution Architect or similar role (≥5 years).Strong knowledge of the Telco Business Enablement Domain.Knowledge of functional and technical domains of typical Business Enablement systems (CRM, Billing, Case Management, API Management, Enterprise Service Bus, Order Management).Knowledge of systems and organizations' digitalization.Knowledge of industry standards.Strong capacity to produce documentation using adequate tools and standards.Fluent English spoken and written.Understanding of development, coding languages, deployment, and infrastructure is preferred.Bachelor's degree in information technology or computer science is preferred.Personal TraitsAbility to adapt to different contexts, teams, and clients.Teamwork skills and sense of autonomy.Motivation for international projects; willing to travel.Willingness to collaborate with others.Strong communication skills.At Celfocus, we are committed to cultivating a diverse and inclusive workplace.As an equal‐opportunity employer, we welcome applicants of all backgrounds, gender identities, and abilities.
