Our Marketing team is looking to strengthen its CRM & Data Specialist role. This specialist will manage and optimize the company's CRM system to support the marketing and sales teams.
This role involves collecting and reporting CRM data to identify trends and improve marketing campaigns and sales team performance.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience in CRM systems, and knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry:
Responsibilities:
Ensuring the CRM system is up-to-date and compliant with sector regulations;
Managing the database of HCPs and pharmacies, ensuring accuracy and consistency;
Creating reports that meet the needs of different Business Units;
Staying up-to-date with the latest CRM trends and technologies;
Extracting, analyzing, and integrating data from different sources using SQL queries;
Developing dashboards and interactive reports in Power BI to provide actionable insights;
Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in economics, management, data analysis, mathematics, marketing, or others;
1-2 years of experience in CRM and data analysis;
Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce, VEEVA, OCE, or others;
Knowledge of SQL and data analysis skills;
Strong analytical skills with experience in reporting;
Excellent communication and presentation skills;
Fluency in English is mandatory;
Additional skills:
Understanding CRM architecture and functionalities;
Certifications or trainings related to CRM or data management would be highly valued;
Experience in implementing Power BI and/or AI projects;
Pharmaceutical industry experience is beneficial;
