Job Description
Customer Services (CS) covers customer service in different areas such as technical support, account support, operations, maintenance, network design / deployment / integration / transformation, and education. It aims to generate revenue and increase customer satisfaction through planning, designing, deploying, integrating, optimizing, operating, and maintaining phases.
Architecture (ART) develops end-to-end solution architecture to meet specific needs, working as part of a customer team. It involves defining an architecture that includes integration design and specification of products and/or services that comprise the solution.
How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn
- Develop customer solution architecture within your area of expertise, proposing products and initiating evaluations.
- Maintain knowledge of customer architecture and regional requirements.
- Understand stakeholder inputs and translate them into effective requirements and solutions.
- Design effective end-to-end solutions, including high and low-level architecture design, to meet customer needs.
- Apply solution architecture standards and principles to ensure solution integrity and compliance with client requirements.
- Research, design, develop, and evaluate solutions in specialized domains to meet customer requirements.
- Develop the full scope of solutions, collaborating across organizations to achieve workable results.
- Lead projects with manageable risks and resources, handle daily staff management issues.
Key Skills And Experience
You have:
- 4-6 years of relevant experience and/or a graduate or higher degree.
- Experience in SW Telco solution development and/or integration.
- Experience with High/Low Level Design documents.
- Advanced software development and integration skills.
- Knowledge of Unix/Linux OS and databases like Aerospike, MariaDB, Oracle, SQL.
- Competence in TCP/IP and protocols such as Diameter, HTTP2, SIP, Sigtran, SOAP-XML, SNMP.
- Knowledge of network architectures/products and standards like 3GPP/ETSI.
- Cloud knowledge (VNF, CNF) and related platforms (e.g., VMware, OpenStack).
- Basic knowledge of Policy software solutions based on 5780DSC/SPS-P/NPC.
- Experience with application integration, especially in complex, multi-business domains.
- Familiarity with payment systems, mobile network integration, VoLTE, IMS.
- Experience with OSS/BSS systems and frameworks.
- Solution Architect certification or relevant experience.
