Develop and implement sales plans to achieve room revenue, F&B, and events targets.Identify, negotiate, and secure new corporate, leisure, and group business.Manage and grow existing accounts to maximize long-term revenue.Drive MICE, group bookings, and long-stay business across properties. Account & Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, tour operators, and event planners.Conduct regular sales calls, site inspections, and client presentations.Represent the hotel group at trade shows, networking events, and sales missions. Strategy & Market Analysis
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior.Collaborate with revenue management to optimize pricing and distribution.Identify new markets and segments for business development. Coordination & Collaboration
Work closely with marketing, reservations, revenue, and operations teams.Ensure smooth handover of confirmed business to operations and events teams.Support promotional campaigns and brand initiatives across the group. Reporting & Administration
Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports and forecasts.Maintain accurate data in CRM and sales systems.Track performance against targets and KPIs.Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.3–5 years of sales experience in hospitality, within a hotel group is MANDATORY.Proven track record in achieving or exceeding sales targets.Experience in corporate, leisure, and/or MICE sales. Skills & Competencies
