The primary objective of this assignment is to provide advisory support for the development of bus rapid transit and sustainable urban mobility plans, focusing on integrated and coordinated project management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver strategic advisory support for the development of bus rapid transit and sustainable urban mobility plan projects.
* Coordinate projects in an integrated and coordinated manner, ensuring effective collaboration among stakeholders.
* Promote the decarbonisation of transport systems by developing and implementing sustainable mobility solutions.
Requirements:
* Master's or Ph.D. degree in transport planning, transport engineering, or a related field.
* Proficient command of English (CEFR C1) and Portuguese (CEFR C1).
* At least 15 years of professional experience in urban and passenger transport sectors.
* 12+ years of advisory or delivery experience in transport plans and urban transport projects.
* Expertise in urban transport planning, public transport planning, and design.
