Our team is seeking a skilled Operations Scheduler to oversee the planning and coordination of daily flight training and aircraft usage schedules. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of these activities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement daily flight training and aircraft usage schedules in alignment with instructor availability, student progress, and operational requirements.
* Monitor changes and disruptions (e.g., weather, maintenance, delays) and update schedules in real-time to ensure seamless operations.
* Serve as the primary point of contact between flight instructors, students, maintenance teams, and operations staff for scheduling-related matters.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in scheduling systems or software.
* Support the Operations Manager in optimizing resources and improving scheduling processes.
* Ensure compliance with internal procedures and aviation training standards.
Candidate Profile
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize under pressure.
* Excellent communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
* Previous experience in scheduling, operations coordination, or aviation (preferred but not mandatory).
* Familiarity with scheduling software or digital tools is an advantage.

* Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
