Job Description Key Responsabilities: People Management Leadership Focus: Directly lead, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary technical team of 40+ professionals (e.g., engineers, data scientists, architects).

Drive the full talent lifecycle, from strategic hiring and onboarding of top technical talent to fostering their continuous professional development through training, mentorship, and challenging project assignments.

Build and sustain a collaborative team culture where knowledge sharing, constructive feedback, and innovative problem-solving are encouraged and celebrated.
Guide your team through organizational and technical changes with empathy and clarity, ensuring smooth transitions and maintaining high morale and productivity.
Proactively identify and address potential roadblocks to team success.
Stakeholder Management Strategic Alignment: Serve as the primary liaison and strategic partner between your team and critical stakeholders.
Engage, communicate, negotiate, and drive consensus to achieve strategic alignment and successful project outcomes.
Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks and dependencies across projects, collaborating closely with peer managers and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and delivery.
Translate business objectives into clear technical deliverables and team priorities.
Actively contribute to strategic planning and decision-making processes, advocating for your team's capabilities and needs.
Qualifications Demonstrated experience (+3 years) managing and developing technical teams of 10 or more individuals, preferably with academic backgrounds in engineering, computer science, or related technical disciplines.
People Management Skills: Experience in leading, motivating, and growing technical professionals.
Extensive experience in engaging, influencing, and building strong relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders at all levels, consistently achieving positive outcomes through effective communication and negotiation.
