Ensures the effective execution of administrative, logistical, and quality-related tasks supporting procurement, supplier management and overall operational processes. It will be a professional internship contract lasting 12 months, offering strong learning opportunities across various areas of the Supply Chain.
The Impact You'll Make
* Support in invoice processing and pre-accounting
* Support in supplier creation and maintenance of master data in the system
* Support in the submission of an increasing number of RFPs and primary data analysis
* Verification of freight forwarders'/carriers' invoices
* Recording of data supporting carrier qualification
* Coordination of reverse logistics and issuance of credit notes
* Equipment management (monitoring of calibration plans and verification of certificates)
* Preparation and revision of quality management system documentation
* Management of physical and digital archives
What You'll Bring
* Degree in Engineering, Management or similar;
* Strong interest in logistics and procurement areas;
* Strong computer and digital skills;
* Fluency in English;
* Teamwork and collaboration.
