Job Description
We are seeking a skilled IT Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining end client networks, ensuring client satisfaction, and monitoring network performance.
The IT Analyst will provide first-line support of IT infrastructure, Security, and systems, receive and respond to service requests via telephone and email, process service tickets, maintain ownership throughout the life cycle of the support incident, triage, classify, and prioritize incidents, escalate high-profile issues, monitor all IT assets, coordinate with NOC/SOC Level II teams, verify the status of incidents/alerts, and resolve them in the shortest possible time.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- A strong understanding of network concepts such as IP addresses, routers, switches, Firewall, LAN, and WAN is essential.
- Familiarity with basic IP tools such as ping and traceroute is required.
- Experience with internet/web-based applications and network/server monitoring tools is necessary.
- Competence in Microsoft Server operation and Linux operation is preferred.
- Knowledge of Windows-based products is also desirable.
