Key responsabilities:
-Aware of the industry trends, competitive analysis and understanding of product offerings and marketing campaigns to further drive innovation
-Responsible, in coordination with the regional brand manager, for the execution of marketing campaigns, cobrandings and advertising efforts.
-Answer customer interactions and create social media content in coordination with regional social media manager
-Support regional team in the planning, execution and vision of resort photo and video shoots to ensure proper branding and positioning
-Act as liaison between local media and regional communication manager for all communication and PR
-Successfully launch and bring to market the new property to meet sales targets and revenue goals as established
-Execute new innovative marketing strategies in line with established objectives and goals to create a customer journey and longevity in the marketplace
What we need:
-Experience in a similar role of a least 2 years
-Passion for hospitality
-Fluent in English and Portuguese, both written and verbal. Other languages are a plus.
-Proactive, with a sense of initiative and teamwork
-Sense of responsibility and autonomy
-Flexible working hours
-Excellent communication and people skills
-Experiences with photo shootings, social media, influencers/bloggers, press and event planning
-Advanced MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other Presentation or Design Software
