AboutAs part of the development of the Corporate IT Asset Management team, the selected professional will be integrated into a ServiceNow Shared Service Center, ensuring development activities for more than 35 entities worldwide.

Main ResponsibilitiesContribute to the definition of functional requirements (workshops with end users, specification documents)
Perform advanced integrations and developments (enhancements, bug fixes)
Ensure platform administration and support (maintenance, upgrades, incident management with internal teams and ServiceNow)
Support advanced platform users across different countries
Organize training sessions
LanguagesFluent inFrench and/or Spanish (valued)
Required SkillsStrong technical and functional expertise inServiceNow (mandatory)
Academic degree in IT or5 years of experience
Strong knowledge ofMS Office tools(especially Excel and PowerPoint)
Soft SkillsGood communication skills in a multicultural environment
Ability to work autonomously
Strong sense of responsibility and commitment
Focus on delivering high-quality results within deadlines
