The Role
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Blip, you will own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle — from defining role requirements with stakeholders to successfully closing offers. Your mission is to deliver an outstanding experience for both candidates and hiring partners, ensuring every interaction reflects Blip's culture and values.

You'll be part of a collaborative and high-performing team, working together to attract, engage, and hire exceptional talent that supports the growth of our diverse business areas and brands.

What You'll Be Doing

* Candidate sourcing – Engage the best tech job talent in the market according to currently open and future vacancies in a proactive way.
* Candidate management – Own relationship with all candidates, guiding them through the full inclusive recruitment lifecycle from initial screening to offer & rejection.
* Candidate experience – Champion a "candidate-first" mindset, embedding BLIP's culture, values, and inclusive practices in every touchpoint. Continuously seek feedback to optimize the candidate journey and promote BLIP as an employer of choice.
* Stakeholder management - Build trusted partnerships with Hiring Managers
* R eporting & analysis – regular reports for key stakeholders providing data & insights to monitor progress and ownership role in planning and executing TA key strategic projects. Influence decision-making through data-driven insights and talent market expertise.
* Projects & Strategic Initiatives – Contribute to strategic TA projects and initiatives that enhance operational excellence, team effectiveness, and organizational talent strategies while creating engagement within the team and reporting to stakeholders.

What You'll Bring

* Proven experience in an in-house Talent Acquisition environment, managing end-to-end recruitment across a range of roles — from junior to senior leadership positions.
* Strong assessment capability, with the ability to conduct structured, competency-based interviews and make sound, evidence-backed hiring decisions.
* A track record for working and recruiting at pace and a focus on continuous improvement;
* Strong influencing skills with a logical, structured, clear, credible, and mature style. Capable of quickly engaging audiences of all levels. Not afraid to challenge stakeholders where necessary, always backed up by data and TA expertise.
* Critical thinker who balances strategic insight with a willingness to challenge the status quo, always seeking better ways to deliver impact.
* Flexibility and adaptability to support other business areas and/or needs within the Recruitment spectrum.
* The ability to work in a diverse and inclusive working environment where providing a sense of belonging is more important than personal differences, and people grow by pulling each other up instead of pushing others down.
* Excellent communication skills in both Portuguese and English, with the ability to tailor your message effectively across audiences and contexts.
