The Senior Billing Specialist role is responsible for executing day-to-day responsibilities within the areas of Customers' Billing while adhering to standard processes and procedures.
Additionally, will work collaboratively with internal and external customers, cross functional teams at various levels to resolve issues. This role requires exceptional customer service skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while assuming ownership of an assigned portfolio of accounts.

-Reconciliations

* Demonstrated end-to-end ownership of finance-related tasks such as invoicing, reconciliations, and dispute resolution.
* Good analytical skills with high attention to detail.
* Proven ability to manage stakeholders across both operations and external suppliers.
* Effective at issue resolution, particularly in high-volume transactional environments.
* Able to work independently, take initiative and drive process improvements.
Knowledge Requirements:
* Strong Accounts Receivable (AR) Expertise — end-to-end knowledge of billing, collections, cash applications, and reconciliations.
* Accounts Payable (AP) Understanding — especially helpful for managing subcontractor self-billing and PWP (Pay When Paid) processes.
* Reconciliation Skills — ability to reconcile client billing with VMS data, subcontractor invoices, and cash received.
* Financial Analysis — ability to review and interpret variances, aged debt, and margin impacts.
* End-to-End Responsibility Mindset — ability to manage the full process cycle from invoice generation to subcontractor
