Provide high-quality customer support via chat, email, and phoneSupport customers with order status, delivery information, and product-related questionsBuild strong and lasting customer relationshipsHandle customer inquiries and feedbackProvide valid, accurate information and solutions to customer requestsUnderstand customers' needs and deliver constructive feedback to the management teamBe a part of fast-paced environment requiring strong focus, commitment, and adaptability to different shifts including weekends and holidays What you need to succeed in this role:
Fluent in Danish (C1 level or higher) and excellent English communication skills (at least B2 level)At least 6–12 months of support experienceComfortable working with high ticket volumesPositive, proactive and responsible attitudePersonal computer (at least 8 Gb of RAM) with a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload) Will be a great plus:Experience in e-commerce or product-based customer support Benefits:
