Key Enterprise Solutions Expert
The position of a Key Enterprise Solutions Expert combines complex technical responsibilities with customer interaction and management. Collaborating with the customer, this role is responsible for overseeing and ensuring the successful operation of the customer's critical business systems.
Main Responsibilities:
* Determine key issues, develop, and implement action items in collaboration with problem managers and delivery teams.
* Lead technology discussions and serve as an escalation point for technical issues.
* Support customers throughout their cloud transformation journey by taking ownership of their landscape during all lifecycle phases: development, deployment, go-live, and ongoing operations.
This position requires expert-level experience with system administration tools, strong expertise in technical planning, implementation, configuration, and integration of solutions, excellent knowledge of the entire technology stack, and extensive experience with hyperscalers (Azure).
