As a Category Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire assortment strategy from end to end. This includes analyzing market trends, defining listings, prospecting suppliers, and negotiating commercial conditions.
The ideal candidate will have experience in Retail as a category manager or in FMCG in Sales/Account Management positions. They should possess strong analytical skills, willing to test and solve problems based on data. Additionally, they should have strong negotiation skills and be able to effectively manage stakeholders both internally and externally.
A successful candidate will also be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a high level of adaptability. Native Portuguese and fluency in English are required, with Spanish being an asset.
