Experis, a global leader in talent management solutions, is currently recruiting aProcess Engineerfor an international company operating in the motion control systems industry.ResponsibilitiesDefine, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes;Develop, review, and continuously improve work instructions and technical documentation;Ensure process stability, capability, and compliance with quality standards;Monitor and analyze KPIs, identifying root causes and implementing corrective and preventive actions;Lead problem-solving activities using structured methodologies (8D, RCA, etc.);Develop and maintain PFMEA and control plans;Coordinate industrialization activities for new products in collaboration with R&D and Product Engineering teams;Design and validate process improvements, including equipment upgrades and layout optimization;Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, cost reduction, and quality enhancement;Provide technical guidance and training to production teams and junior engineers;Support cross-functional projects within international teams.RequirementsMaster's degree in Mechanical Engineering;2 years of experience in Process Engineering or similar roles within an industrial/manufacturing environment;Solid knowledge of CAD/CAE tools and GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing);Experience with PFMEA, 8D, and root cause analysis methodologies;Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;Excellent written and spoken English;Good communication skills and ability to work in multidisciplinary and international teams;Availability for occasional travel within Europe.What we offerIntegration into an international and innovative industrial company;Opportunity to work with advanced technologies in motion control systems;Collaboration with experienced engineering teams across Europe;Professional growth and continuous development in a global environment.#J-18808-Ljbffr
