Degree in UX, Digital Media or related field ; +3 years of experience in UX/Product Design with a strong portfolio ; Experience with user research, prototyping and UX methodologies ; Knowledge of interaction and visual design for web applications ; Proficiency with Figma or similar tools ; Fluent English ; Availability for hybrid work and occasional travel ; Knowledge of Design Thinking methodologies (nice to have); French language skills (nice to have); Design user-centered and business-oriented digital experiences; Collaborate with Product Owners, stakeholders and development teams in agile environments; Lead the UX design lifecycle from research to implementation; Conduct user research and usability testing to improve user experiences; Create wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity designs; Contribute to the evolution of the design system and reusable components; Ensure consistency and usability across platforms and devices; Present and validate design solutions with stakeholders and teams.
