Engel & Völkers is looking for experienced Real Estate Consultants to join our teams at Quinta do Lago team.

Your responsibilities
* Proactively acquire properties and clients
* Conduct property valuations and market analysis
* Organize and conduct property viewings
* Negotiate with buyers and property owners
* Develop marketing activities to attract listings
* Build and manage a portfolio of clients
* Identify new business opportunities

MIN REQUIREMENTS:
Requirements
* Commercial mindset and sales experience
* Ideally have real estate experience
* Fluency in English and Portuguese
* Additional languages (German, French, Dutch, Scandinavian languages) are a plus
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Residence in the Algarve region
* Driving license and own vehicle
* Interest in working under a 100% commission-based model
