Main Responsibilities:
* Design and develop large-scale e-learning content, virtual training sessions, and instructor-led training programs focused on IT topics such as networking, cybersecurity, cloud computing, and collaboration.
* Apply adult learning principles and instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM, Bloom's Taxonomy, Kirkpatrick Evaluation Model) to ensure accessibility compliance and effectiveness.
* Utilize emerging technologies and AI-powered tools to enhance learning personalization and interactivity.
* Collaborate with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams to align training strategy with business priorities.
* Maintain up-to-date training content reflecting industry trends, solutions, and partner needs.
* Analyze learner feedback and course metrics to improve training programs.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Key Requirements:
* 6-8 years of instructional design experience in corporate or technology environments.
* Solid grasp of IT concepts including networking, cybersecurity, cloud computing, and software development.
* Proficiency in instructional design models: ADDIE, SAM, Bloom's Taxonomy, Kirkpatrick Model, Adult Learning Theory.
* Experience with eLearning authoring tools and Learning Management Systems.
* Ability to build assessments and use analytics to refine training.
* Familiarity with accessibility standards and emerging learning technologies.
