Job Description:
We are now looking for a Financial and Portfolio Coordinator for the Airbus GBS team!
Responsibilities - your mission
* Be accountable for the content and robustness of the two cost models.
* Ensure continuous improvement of the recurring cost model.
* Lead a development project for the introduction of a new non-recurring cost model.
* Work with multiple stakeholders across Airbus commercials to coordinate inputs, document the processes, and improve the overall success of our models.
* Coordinate with the focal points in Cyber Security to ensure that all stakeholders are aligned and we have in place a single source of truth in front of the IM finance departments.
* Coordinate implementation of our offered services and applications into the Service NOW environment.
* Monthly, Quarterly, and Yearly analysis and report of Click n Buy requests and orders in the frame of DS bundle including key highlights on potential gaps on the financial baseline and forecast to ensure global consistency.
* Report status on Orders including Good Receipts to support bundle follow-up with cyber security stakeholders.
Requirements - our ideal candidate will have:
* Team player with a proactive and collaborative mindset.
* Degree in Finance, Business Administration or any related field.
* Strong organizational skills, autonomous and result-oriented.
* Constantly looking for continuous improvement.
* Excellent communication skills in English (oral and written).
* Good knowledge of Google Suite, including design of GSlides / GSites.
* Excellent stakeholder management across different nationalities and Airbus Divisions.
* Ability to adapt communication skills to different levels of the business.
