We are looking for a seasoned Luxury Real Estate Agent with a proven track record of working with home sellers and securing high-end listings. The ideal candidate is a skilled negotiator, confident communicator, and relationship builder with an established network of affluent clients. Bilingual proficiency in English and Portuguese is highly preferred to better serve our diverse clientele. The position is on-site in Madeira, Portugal.
Responsibilities:
•Secure and manage luxury residential listings
•Develop and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals and property owners
•Guide sellers through the listing, marketing, and sales process with professionalism and discretion
•Conduct property showings and open houses tailored to luxury standards
•Negotiate offers with a focus on maximizing value and meeting client expectations
•Stay current on market trends, pricing strategies, and luxury buyer behavior
•Collaborate with marketing and staging teams to present listings at their best
Qualifications:
•Minimum of 3 years of real estate experience, with a focus on working with sellers
•Demonstrated success in securing and closing luxury property listings
•Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills
•Well-developed client network preferred
•Fluent in English; Portuguese proficiency strongly preferred
•Valid real estate license
