We are looking for a SAP & Business Systems Consultant (Remote)
to join enterprise environments where ERP systems, data flows, and integrations play a central in daily operations, involved in initiatives where business processes must be translated into reliable system behaviours, consistency between ERP platforms, external systems, and data-driven applications: ERP platforms, Integration layers with APIs and external services, Data validation and reconciliation across systems, and Business-critical workflows (finance, logistics);
Skills:
+4 years of experience in roles such as SAP Consultant (SD, MM, FI, HCM, Basis), Technical Business Analyst / Functional Analyst, ERP Consultant / Solution Consultant;
Experience working with SAP ERP systems in enterprise environments;
Business processes (finance, logistics, operations, HR);
Requirements gathering and documentation (JIRA, Confluence);
System integrations (APIs, REST, JSON, data mapping)
SQL (data validation, analysis, troubleshooting)
Debugging and issue analysis;
Your Responsibilities
Act as the interface between business stakeholders and engineering teams, translating business workflows into system behaviours, functional specifications, and integration requirements;
Analyse and document end-to-end business processes, mapping how they are implemented across ERP systems, external platforms, and data flows;
Define and refine functional requirements, user stories, and data mappings (API contracts (request/response structures, field-level mapping, transformations);
Analyse system integrations (REST APIs, batch processes, event-based flows);
Perform data validation and reconciliation, using SQL to verify data consistency between ERP systems, databases, and integrated platforms;
Support development teams during delivery by clarifying requirements, validating business rules, and ensuring alignment between expected and implemented system behaviour;
Investigate production issues by analysing logs, API responses, and database records, identifying root causes related to data inconsistencies, integration failures, or process gaps;
Identify and document edge cases, exceptions, and process gaps;
