Senior Consultant - HR Transformation Specialist

As a Senior Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering business system solutions, executing projects from end-to-end, running workshops and collaborating across teams to integrate with SAP SuccessFactors.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Delivering business systems solutions, including project management, workshop facilitation and technical documentation.
* Configuring and implementing SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding modules to optimize HR processes for clients.
* Working closely with customers on testing and training sessions.
* Tracking progress of the technical build and communicating it with Project Managers.
* Collaborating across application areas to integrate with SAP SuccessFactors.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
* A minimum bachelor's degree in human resource management or computer science/information technology.
* SAP SF Recruiting and/or Onboarding 2.0 Certification.
* Substantial experience driving client solutions and large-scale Recruiting/Onboarding software deployments.
* Expert product knowledge with SuccessFactors Recruiting/Onboarding and interdependencies.
* Minimum 5-7 years' experience in development, implementation and optimization of SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and/or Onboarding modules.
* Consolidated international REC/ONB project experience and at least 7 full life-cycle implementations.
* Hands-on experience in workflow optimization and automation.
* Solid understanding of Onboarding forms, role-based permissions, data governance and reporting within SuccessFactors.
* Working knowledge of integrations to other solutions.
* Strong oral and written communication skills with fluency in English.
