Working in the Supply Chain Team
We’re the engine room behind every mission. From sourcing and procuring critical subsystems to managing logistics and moving spacecraft across the globe - we keep everything flowing so our satellites can fly. If you thrive in high-impact environments and love making things happen, this is your crew.
What will you be doing?
As our new Supply Chain Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of it all—making sure everything (and everyone) moves smoothly. One day, you're shipping high-value spacecraft components to another continent. Next, you're ordering technical equipment for our labs—or yes, keeping the snack shelf stocked (vital!). No two days are the same.
Here’s what your orbit will look like:
1. Be the first point of contact for all incoming & outgoing shipments—yes, including satellites.
2. Manage procurement of everything from technical parts to everyday office needs.
3. Organise logistics between sites & launch locations around the world.
4. Track deliveries, ensure quality, and maintain our inventory via ERP.
5. Support internal and external audits, stock takes, and events.
6. Coordinate office maintenance, health & safety, and compliance training.
7. Help organise internal events that keep our Open Cosmonauts inspired and connected.
