You'll work side by side with our CRM Managers, helping to plan, build, and deliver campaigns that actually make a difference.You'll get to see how a full CRM operation runs from the inside: the tools, the logic, the creativity. And you'll be part of the crew making it happen.What you'll do (and brag about later):Support the creation and execution of CRM campaigns across channels (email, SMS, onsite, push).Help prepare briefs, target segments, and QA campaigns before launch.Learn to analyse performance and turn data into small but meaningful optimisations.Coordinate with designers, copywriters, and campaign specialists to keep things running smoothly.Keep an eye on timelines, details, and opportunities to make the next campaign better.What we'd love you to bring:A genuine curiosity for CRM, marketing automation, and player engagement.Some hands-on experience or education in marketing, digital comms, or data, or simply the drive to learn fast.A detail-oriented brain and a proactive spirit.Comfort working in English (we're international by nature).Bonus points if you've ever worked with iGaming, extra bonus points if you worked with industry specific CRM softwares.Why Oddsgate?
