We are looking for an Senior Backend Java to join our company in one of our projects, in Lisbon.
Tasks:
1. Design, develop, and maintain robust backend systems using Java and RelationalDBs such as PostgreSQL
2. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
3. Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging
4. Work closely with the product team to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Skills & Requirements:
5. Strong proficiency in Java
6. Good understanding of RESTful APIs and client-server architecture
7. Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git)
8. Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment
9. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
10. Knowledge of testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines
Work Arrangement:
11. Hybrid (on-site 2x per week)
