We are looking for a Delivery Lead to join our Service Delivery team, collaborating with a company specialized in energy production and distribution, known for delivering innovative solutions in the energy sector.
Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery or a defined component of a contract, ensuring all operational, contractual, and financial commitments are met.
Ensure service quality, efficiency, and performance of the delivery team.
Manage delivery outcomes and identify opportunities for follow-on work, including up-selling and cross-selling.
Act as a subject matter expert and guide the team to perform effectively.
Make key decisions impacting delivery and collaborate with multiple internal teams.
Provide solutions to issues spanning multiple teams or workstreams.
Foster a collaborative environment that promotes innovation and problem-solving.
Develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery and client satisfaction.
Monitor project progress and adjust plans when necessary to ensure successful delivery.
Identify and pursue opportunities for additional services based on client needs.
Mentor and support team members to encourage professional growth.
Required Skills
Expert proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service.
Advanced proficiency in Account Delivery Management.
Advanced proficiency in Estimation, Planning, and Work Management.
