We are currently looking to grow our team with a Contact Center Agent (Roadside Assistance - German Speaker) for our fully remote project.
What will your responsibilities be?
1. Providing roadside assistance in a safe, professional and timely manner;
2. Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints;
3. Processing inquiries received via phone;
4. Identifying customer needs and helping customers using specific features;
5. Analysing and reporting product malfunctions;
6. Assisting in training new employees when requested by management;
7. Updating our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers;
8. Informing customers about new features and functionalities;
9. Following up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved.
What requirements are we looking for?
10. High School Diploma (minimum)
11. At least 1-3 years' experience as a Customer Care Specialist or similar CSR role
12. German native speaker or, at least, C1 Level (mandatory)
13. Fluency in English (mandatory)
14. Familiarity with automotive industry is a plus
15. Experience using help desk software and remote support tools
16. Understanding of how CRM systems work
17. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
