Right now, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our EMEA team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving outbound lead generation efforts, identifying and engaging potential B2B prospects across multiple industries. This role will play a critical part in building our sales pipeline and supporting our ambitious growth goals.

This position differs from typical lead generation roles. You will become part of the newly established EMEA Sales & Marketing team, where your contributions will significantly influence company growth. You will work closely with the EMEA Marketing Director and our brilliant sales team to build the Lead Generation function from the ground. Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute outbound lead generation strategies through a variety of channels
* Build and manage a pipeline of potential leads and track progress using Salesforce CRM and other lead management tools
* Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with business objectives and market positioning
* Provide regular reporting and insights on lead generation activities, pipeline progress, and ROI
* Maintain a deep understanding of our BPO, CX, and AI-driven solutions to position them effectively to potential clients

What are we looking for?

* Studies in Business, Marketing, or a related field
* Postgraduate studies in Digital Marketing, Sales and Strategy would be an advantage
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in Lead Generation
* Minimum 2 years of work experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Salesforce Pardot, or Salesforce Account Engagement Cloud
* Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapting quickly to change
* First-class time-management skills - able to prioritise and multitask
* Passion, energy, and ownership of tasks
* Fluency in written and spoken English (C2 level)
* Proficiency in French, German or Spanish would be an advantage
