Job Summary
Our organization is seeking a skilled customer support specialist to help small and medium-sized businesses with advertising space inquiries and concerns.
This role involves providing assistance through phone, email, and chat channels to ensure seamless communication and effective problem-solving.
The ideal candidate will possess advanced English proficiency (C1/C2) and be available to work a rotational shift pattern from 9 pm to 7 am, Monday to Sunday (40 hours/week).
