Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and monitor content to ensure it follows company policies, community rules, and applicable regulations
- Review user submissions with accuracy, cultural awareness, and fairness
- Maintain consistent quality while supporting platform safety for buyers and sellers
- Adapt to policy changes and shifting priorities, following established moderation workflows
- Identify and escalate sensitive or complex cases using internal procedures
- Stay informed on moderation best practices, product updates, and industry standards
Requirements:
- Proficiency in German (C1/C2 level)
- Proficiency in English (B2 level)
- EU citizenship or a Portuguese residency card
- At least one year of experience in Content Moderation
- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication abilities
- Desire to learn and advance in the field
