Your mission will be…
1. Manage relationship with external IT service providers from a commercial, performance and contractual perspective.
2. Manage providers performance on contractually agreed deliverables to an adequate provision of IT services.
3. Take ownership of Integrated Performance Analysis of a specific IT provider (holistic provider view).
4. Contribute to assessment of IT provider for a specific service.
5. Drive monitoring SLA adherence and provider obligations.
6. Support Escalation management towards the provider.
7. Contribution to definition and maintenance of market standard KPIs/SLAs.
8. Support claim management.
9. Execute provider governance according to framework.
10. Foster provider performance improvements.
11. Support provider relationship management and coordinate alignments in a global virtual environment.
12. Support change processes.
13. Contribute in measures and action plans to ensure IT provider management quality.
14. Support Procurement and IT Contract Management teams.
We are looking for...
15. We're looking for candidates with a relevant educational degree and demonstrated experience in this area (> 5y).
16. Effective written and oral communication in English on a business level.
17. Structured, accurate and result-oriented, able to work against deadlines in an agile environment
18. Fluency in English; German and/or other language is an advantage.
